Pecan Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh jalapenos
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 4 bacon slices

Preparation

Step 1

Slice jalapenos lengthwise and remove seeds. Combine cream cheese and pecans. Place jalapeno halves on a baking sheet and fill them with cream cheese. Place brown sugar on a plate. Cut bacon slices in fourths and dip in brown sugar. Wrap bacon slices around each jalapeno. Bake at 450 degrees until bacon is browned.
