Ingredients
- 4 sq. Baker's semisweet chocolate
- 2 sticks butter
- 3 c. pecans
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate squares and butter. Stir in 3 c. pecans. In bowl, mix by hand: 1 c. flour, 1 1/3 c. sugar, 4 eggs (don't beat), 1 tsp. vanilla. Add chocolate mixture to bowl. Put in paper liners in muffin pans. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
