Parmesan-Artichoke Spinach Dip

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and patted dry
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • Pretzels, chips or toasted bread slices

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan, and hot pepper sauce, stirring well. Pour into an 11x7x2" baking dish. Bake until thoroughly heated, 15-20 minutes. Serve warm with pretzels, chips or toasted bread slices.
