Rolled Fish

Ingredients

  • 4 slices fillet of flounder or lemon sole
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion sliced
  • russian dressing ( ketchup & mayonnaise mixture)
  • optional sliced mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions in butter. Add breadcrumbs and absorb them in the onions. Put this mixture, about a tablespoon or two, in the center of each fish slice. Roll up and put a toothpick in to hold together. Season the fish with salt, pepper, a little garlic powder, and paprika. Dot with butter and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Make russian dressing and put on top of fish and stick under the broiler just to brown a little
