Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tb. butter, melted
- 1 Tb. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 9" deep-dish pastry shell
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients; stir in chopped pecans, and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
