- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cans rotel tomatoes drained
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 2 pkg mexican cornbread mix
- 1 can cream style corn
- shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
brown and season ground meat, drain. add rotel, l can of beans. simmer mix cornbread mix per diections, add corn to mix toss in cheese and stir pour half cornbread mix in botton of pan, meat mix and cheest pour remaining cornbread mix on top and bake 350 until done.
