Corn Casserole w. Cream Cheese and Green Chilies

  • 2 T. butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 2 x 16oz cans whole kernel corn drained
  • 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 t salt
  • red pepper to taste
  • 1/4 t garlic salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Melt margarine and cream cheese in milk until smooth. Place corn, green chilies, and seasonings in 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Blend in cream cheese mixture. Bake 25"-30".
