Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 2 c flour.
- 1 T baking powder.
- 1/2 t salt.
- 3 T sugar.
- 5 T cold butter.
- 1 c blueberries.
- 1 c cream.
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice.
- 2 c powdered sugar.
- 1 T butter (soft).

Step 1
Oven 400 bake 20 min.
Mix flour, BP, salt, and sugar. Cut in cold butter, mix with pastry blender or use hands to mix like coarse sand. Add cream all at once, mix lightly and stir in berries. Do not over mix. Pat into round circle about 8-10 inches around. Cut like a pie into 8 pieces. Place on greased sheet. Brush tops with a little cream. Put glaze on while still warm.
