- 1 bag California medley
- 1 small bag mixed veggies (frozen
- 8 cups cheese (4cups cheddar, 4cups mont. jack)
- 5 potatoes
- 2 cups butter
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 8 cups milk
- 5 chicken boullion cubes
- 1 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
mix veggies, water, 1 cup butter and boullion cubes in pot and cook til veggies are soft.
In another pot, mix 1 cup butter, flour and milk until thick, Add cheese until melted. Add veggies and cook for about 30 minutes or until heated through. (add chicken broth if it gets too thick)
