Ingredients
- 3 c cooked quinoa
- (3 eggs, beaten)
- (1 c oatmeal)
- (3 slices toasted bread, crumbled)
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 c sliced mushrooms
- (2 t soy sauce)
- (1/2 t dry mustard)
- (1/2 thyme)
- (1/2 t garlic powder)
- Broccoli
- (Butter & salt)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350o F. Combine all ingredients
form loaf and place in greased loaf pan. Bake for
50-60 min.
Steam broccoli, add butter & salt to taste.
