Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, cut in half lengthwise and sliced
- 4 large white potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1 tea. pepper
- 1 tea. ground mild New Mexico red chile, or to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a frying pan, add olive oil, and saute the onion for 2-3 minutes. Add the potatoes, salt, pepper, and ground red chile. Saute, for 20-30 minutes or until the potatoes are done through and lightly browned.
