Caviar Cups with Crème Fraiche and Chive

Ingredients

  • 1 package pastry shells
  • 1 oz. caviar
  • 2-4 oz. crème fraiche
  • 1 small bunch chives

Preparation

Step 1

Buy some pastry shells, and with a spoon dollop some crème fraiche in each. Top with caviar and chopped chive or whatever chopped greens you've got handy.
