Marinade for Healthy Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 medium crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 3 T. grainy mustard
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 6 T. olive oil
  • pepper to taste
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except for chicken in a large bowl. Marinate chicken in liquid several hours or overnight (refrigerated). Bring to room temperature before grilling or broiling. Cook until juices run clear.
