Ingredients
- 3 oz. diced, cooked turkey breast
- 1 tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp. diced celery (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix above ingredients together.
2. Serve over 4 cups mixed salad greens.
3. Drizzle with: 2 tbsp. cider vinegar (or other vinegar of choice) and 1 tsp. olive oil.
