Ingredients
- 3 (4 1/2 oz.) Hershey bars
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 pint marshmallow cream
- 2 Tb. butter
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the following ingredients in a 6-8 qt. saucepan: Hershey bars, chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and butter.
Mix the following ingredients in a 4-6 qt. saucepan: sugar, evaporated milk. Boil 6 minutes.
Pour mixture of sugar and milk over chocolate mixes in bowl and blend until smooth and creamy. After mixture is completely blended, add the chopped pecans and vanilla, then drop balls of mixture onto waxed paper. Let stand from 4-6 hours, or until completely chilled, before removing fudge from waxed paper. Recipe makes 6 lbs. of fudge
