Ingredients
- 2-medium ripe avocados, peeled and
- cubed (preferably Haas avocado)
- 1/4-cup minced red onion
- 1-small tomato, minced
- 1-small jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1-Tsp. salt
- 1/4-cup minced fresh Cilantro, or
- more to taste.
- 2-Tbs. fresh lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients into bowl. Serve immediately. Makes about 2 cups.
If you like the avocado a smoother texture than diced, just mash with a potato masher instead of cubing.
Serve with Tortilla chips.
