Margaritas from Los Tres Bobos

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. triple sec
  • 1 1/2 oz. tequila
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
  • 1-1 1/2 oz. lime juice concentrate, undiluted

Preparation

Step 1

Shake vigorously with crushed ice, strain or serve over ice. To salt the glass rim, run a fresh lime around the rim, twist the glass in a plate of salt and shake off excess.

To make simple syrup: fill a quart jar 3/4 full of sugar, then fill the jar to top with hot water.
