Ingredients
- 1 cup prepared granola
- 2/3 cup Pillsbury BEST™ All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Jif® Peanut Powder
- 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
COMBINE granola, flour, peanut powder, brown sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
Whisk in milk and vanilla just until combined.
Let stand 2 minutes.
COAT griddle or large skillet with no-stick cooking spray.
Heat to 350°F or medium heat.
POUR 1/4 cup batter onto griddle.
Cook 2 to 4 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
