Ingredients
- 2 cups kale, stems removed
- 1 cup water
- 2 medium oranges, peeled
- 1 cup chopped pineapple (can use frozen)
- 1 cup mango
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Blend the kale, water and oranges until smooth.
Add the pineapple, mango and chia seeds and blend again. Serves 2.
