Ingredients
- 2 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. chives
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 3/4 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/3 Tsp salt and pepper
