Moroccan Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

  • ● 1 pound boneless-skinless chicken, cut into small pieces
  • ● 2 tbsps. lemon juice (~1/2 lemon)
  • ● 2 tbsps. olive oil
  • ● 1 tsp paprika
  • ● 1/2 tsp cumin, toasted and ground
  • ● 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • ● 1/8 tsp ginger
  • ● 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • ● 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • ● 1/4 tsp salt
  • ● 1/4 tsp pepper
  • ● 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Marinate the chicken in the mixture of the remaining ingredients for at least 20 minutes to overnight.
2. Skewer the chicken and grill over medium-high heat until cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.
