  • 1 lb green beans
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 medium shallots sliced in rings
  • 1 thai chili sliced thin
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hoisin
  • 2 tablespoons water

Preparation

Step 1

Blanch and shock beans.
