Grilled Beef Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef chuck, sirloin or top round sliced thin
  • Beef Marinade
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 10 rice paper rounds
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 lb jicama sliced as matchsticks
  • 1-2 scallions sliced thin
  • 2 carrots sliced as matchsticks
  • cilantro, basil and mint leaves
  • Soy-Lime Dippin Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix marinade and add beef. Let sit 30 min.

Saute meat and let cool.

dip rice paper in warm water for few seconds. Damp dry and make rolls.
