Ingredients
- 1 lb beef chuck, sirloin or top round sliced thin
- Beef Marinade
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 10 rice paper rounds
- lettuce leaves
- 1/2 lb jicama sliced as matchsticks
- 1-2 scallions sliced thin
- 2 carrots sliced as matchsticks
- cilantro, basil and mint leaves
- Soy-Lime Dippin Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Mix marinade and add beef. Let sit 30 min.
Saute meat and let cool.
dip rice paper in warm water for few seconds. Damp dry and make rolls.
