Hasty Heartland Dinner
- 1 box (5 1/2 oz) au gratin potato mix
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped (I just use the whites)
- 5 oz fully cooked, chopped ham
- 1 C frozen peas
- Prepare potatoes as directed on package for stovetop (use skim ,milk and 1 T lo fat margarine); cook 10 min. then add peas and cook 5 min.; add ham and eggs; let stand 5 min before serving.
