Overnight Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 C frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1 C cooked ham
  • 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilis
  • 1/2 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 Can (12 oz evap. milk)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Salsa, opt.

Preparation

Step 1

- Layer hash browns, ham, chilis and cheeses in 8 inch sprayed dish
- Combine eggs, milk, pepper; pour over cheese and refrigerate overnight
- Remove from refrigerator 30 min before baking; bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour until knife inserted comes out clean; let stand 5 - 10 min.; serve with salsa, if desired
