Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp olive oil
- a1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 4 cups salad greens
- 1 1/2 cups cooked bacon
- 1 (11 0z) can mandarin oranges
- 4 hard cooked eggs, crumbled
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Dredge chicken in flour; shake off excess. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat until no longer pink in center and juices run clear, Splash with Worcestershire sauce. Cut chicken into 3 x 1/2 inch strips; set aside.
Remove inner leaves from head of lettuce to create a "bowl" Place on plate. Combine remaining lettuce pieces with salad greens; fill lettuce bowl. Top with lines of bacon pieces, mandarin oranges, egg crumbles, tomato pieces. Top with chicken strips.
