Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 C milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- (double these ingredients will dip about 8 tortilla)
- 2 whole wheat tortillas (8 inches)
- 2 tsp oil
- 2/3 C fresh strawberries
- 2/3 C fresh blueberries
- 2/3 C sliced bananas
- *Note - use about 3/4 - 1 C fruit per tortilla
- 1 (6 oz)carton vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 C granola
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
- Whisk egg, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg; dip both sides of tortilla in egg mixture; cook 2 at a time on oiled griddle till browned on both sides
- Combine fruits, yogurt, granola; spon down center of tortilla; roll up and sprinkle with powdered sugar
