Baked Feta with Pesto

Ingredients

  • 8 oz block of feta
  • 1 tbs EVOO
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup pesto

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400
Put feta in small baking dish and drizzle with EVOO.
Bake for 20 minutes

Remove feta from oven and spoon pesto on top.
serve with hot sliced bread or crackers
