Ingredients
- 5 C uncooked egg noodles
- 1 can low fat; low sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 C lo fat or FF sour cream
- 2/3 C grated Parmesian
- 1/3 C milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna or 10 oz cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
- 1 C frozen peas, thawed
- 1/4 C chopped onion
- 1/4 C chopped green pepper

- Topping
- 1/2 C dried bread crumbs
- 1 T butter, melte
Preparation
Step 1
- Cook noodles as directed on package
- Combine rest of ingredients in a large bowl; drain noodles and add to mixture
- Transfer to a sprayed 11 X 7 dish; combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25 - 30 min. until bubbly
