Ingredients
- 1 serrano chile, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup thawed frozen peas
- 2 medium Haas avocados—peeled, pitted and chopped
- Kosher salt
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Preparation
Step 1
In a mortar, mash the chile with the cilantro. Add the peas and avocados and mash until well blended but still chunky. Season with salt and serve with chips.
