- 16 OUNCES GREEN BEANS
- 1 SWEET ONION SMALL AND CHOPPED
- 1 GARLIC CLOVE MINCED
- 1/2 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
- 1/8 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
- 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL

Step 1
IN A LARGE SAUTE PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD OLIVE OIL AND ONION, SAUTE STIRRING OCCASIONALLY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ABOUT 5 MINUTES. SET ASIDE ON PAPER TOWEL.
ADD BEANS AND CHICKEN STOCK TO PAN, COVER PARTIALLY SIMMER 7 MINUTES. DRAIN ANY
LEFT OVER CHICKEN STOCK. ADD GARLIC TO GREEN BEANS AND SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE. ADD BLACK PEPPER AND ONION.
