Ingredients

  • 2 cups packed basil and baby kale
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp course salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Pecorino cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In food processor, pulse basil, baby kale, walnuts, 1 garlic clove, course salt and red pepper flakes. Whir in extra virgin oil. Stir in Pecorino cheese. Mix with noodles of your choice.
