- ▪ 6 oz. of cream cheese, softened
- ▪ 1 cup fresh or defrosted frozen raspberries
- ▪ 1 egg
- ▪ 1/2 cup sugar
- ▪ 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, grease a 9×11 baking dish.
2. Prepare boxed brownie mix as directed.
3. In the bowl of a mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
4. Add in egg and vanilla and beat until combined.
5. Mixing on low, add raspberries and mix until just combined.
6. Drop dollops of the cheesecake batter over the brownie mixture and swirl with the top of a knife
7. Bake for 30 minutes
