Ingredients
- 1 LB fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tBL olive oil
- 1/2 C orange juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
place asparagus in ungreased 15X10x1" baking pan
drizzle w/ oil
combine remaining ingredients
pour over asparagus
toss to coat
bake @ 400 for 18-22 min or until tender
stirring occasionally
