Boston Cream Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • ● 1 and 1/4 cup whole milk
  • ● 1 (3.4 oz.) vanilla instant puzzling
  • ● 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • ● 12 pre-made cupcakes baked from mix
  • ● 1 cup heavy cream
  • ● 1 (12 oz.) package chocolate chips
  • ● 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine milk, pudding, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes
2. Refrigerate for 15 minutes
3. Spoon filling into middle of cupcake but cutting off the top.
4. Heat cream in a small heavy saucepan over medium heat
5. Add chocolate chips to pan and whisk until smooth.
6. Spoon or drizzle glaze over cupcakes
7. Refrigerate until set (approx. 1 hour)
8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
