Ingredients
- 2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 8-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella
- 2 Tbs. parsley
- 2 Tbs. parmesan
- 2 lb.. hamburger
- 12 oz. pkg. shell macaroni
Preparation
Step 1
Fry and drain hamburger. Add salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder to taste. Add tomato sauce.
Cook pasta according to package.
Beat cream cheese until creamy. Add parsley.
Stuff shells with 1 Tbs. mixture. Spoon 1/2 cup sauce in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Arrange shells over sauce. Spoon remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake 20 minutes in a 350° oven, or until heated through.
