roquefort cheese biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb roguefort or blue cheese
  • 1/4 lb softened butter
  • 2 tbsp whipping cream
  • 1 egg york
  • 3/4 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mash the cheese in a bowl with a fork. beat in the butter, cream and egg yolk. then knead inthe flour. Form into a ball, wrap in wax papper and chill until firm. Roll out 1/4 inch thick, cut into 1 1/2 inch rounds, brush with egg and bake 10-15 min in 425 degree oven
