VINAIGRETTE****Latholemono - Greek Lemon Oil Sauce

06/09/15 - This is good, basically just a lemony vinaigrette. I served it on a Mediterranean Chicken & Rice bowl that isn't worth a redo but I can see how it would be good on fish or chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 large clove of Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Squeeze a clove of garlic into a glass jar. Add in the oregano, salt and black pepper.

Pour in the lemon juice and the olive oil and shake well.
