Step 1

Cook small pasta shape (or penne)
Saute shallots & garlic in olive oil
Add & saute mushrooms
Add frozen peas
Add 1 cup veg stock
Add 1 cup wine
Reduce
Add salt & pepper
Stir in 1 cup mascarpone cheese
Add in cooked pasta
Add in grated cheese
