Ingredients
- 8 oz parmesan
- 2 oz chevre goat cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 tsp icing sugar
- 4 pears
- 1 bottle cabernet or red
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cloves
Preparation
Step 1
1) Mix goat cheese, cream cheese and icing sugar.
2) Poach pears in wine and spices for 30 minutes. Cool. Dice pears into quarters and core then slice thinly.
3) Place parmesan on pan in rounds, using cookie cutter to shape. Bake at 375 for 5 minutes.
4) Place cheesees on top of parmesan crisp with pear slices on top.
