Ingredients

  • 1 roll pork sausage,(use 1/2 to 3/4 depending on how much sausage you want)
  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • Soda cracker crumbs (10-12 crackers crushed)
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Fry sausage meat breaking up until crumbly and drain. Mix corn, eggs, crumbs, salt and pepper. Add sausage stir all together. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Until browned.
