Cut-Out Sugar Cookies

A rich butter cookie. Easy to roll and cut out.

Ingredients

• 1/2 c butter
• 1/2 c shortening
• 1 c sugar
• 3/4 teas vanilla extract
• 3/4 teas almond extract
• 3 eggs
• 1 teas salt
• 3 1/2 flour
• 1 teas soda
• 2 teas cream of tartar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and roll out on a floured surface. Roll them 1/2 to 1/4 thick. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until edges start getting brown. When cooled frost and decorate. You can also put sprinkles on top and then bake them.
