    cup bulgar wheat

    tomatoes chopped

    spring onions chopped

    deseeded cucumber chopped

Directions

Soak bulgar wheat for 20 mins Mix all together in a large bowl, and pour on dressing made with 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 tsp lemon zest, juice of lemon, salt and pepper.
