Chinese Barbecued Spareribs
- 4 lbs Spareribs
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Water
- 3 tbls Sherry
- 1 tbls Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 clove Garlic mashed
1. Score meat between ribs (do not cut through0
2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Let stand 1 hour (turning once). Save marinade.
3. Oven 350, wrap ribs in foil (1 package per rack.
4. Cook on grill until charred to desired doneness.
