Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium head garlic - peeled and sliced
  • 1 bag frozen petite green beans
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Steam green beans until almost done.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil; add garlic, and cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in green beans, and season with salt and pepper.

3. Cook until beans are heated through. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
