Ingredients
- 2 tbls Drippings
- 2 tbls Flour
- 1 cup Broth
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Pour dripping into bowl. Return measured amount to pan. Whisk in flour over low heat. Stir until flour is blended. Gradually stir in liquid. Heat to boil and stir constantly.
(If there is not enough drippings, you can use butter to make it less thick.)
