Puff Pastry for Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter (softened)
  • 6 tbs cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Preparation

Step 1

In small mixing bowl cream butter and cream cheese. Add flour. Beat until well blended. Shape into the desired number of balls needed for quiche. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before use.

12 for small quiche.

24 for mini quiche.
