Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 1 Tb. vanilla
  • 1/2 gallon milk

Preparation

Step 1

Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl until pale yellow. Add the sugar, condensed milk, evaporated milk, half and half, and vanilla and mix well. Pour into a 5 qt. ice cream container and add milk to the fill line. Freeze according to the manufacturer's directions.
