Holiday Wraps

Ingredients

  • Large red and green burrito-size tortillas
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. thinly sliced ham
  • 8 oz. bag shredded co-jack cheese
  • fresh chives, wash and chopped
  • pitted olives

Preparation

Step 1

Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Using a knife or spatula, spread the tortilla evenly with the cream cheese. Use about 3 Tb. of the cream cheese on each tortilla. Layer slices of ham, shredded cheese, chives and sliced olives on top of the cream cheese. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap or foil and seal. Chill for at least 1 hour. Remove plastic or foil and slice the tortilla wrap into 2" pieces to serve. Each tortilla makes about 5 pieces.
