Ingredients
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast per person
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine (melted)
- 1 slice Swiss Cheese per chicken breast
- 1 cup white wine or sherry
- 2 cups dry seasoned stuffing mix (cubes)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Place chicken breasts in 9 x 13 pan (approx 6 to a pan). Cover each chicken breast with the Swiss Cheese…depending on the size of the breasts, I use more than one piece of cheese. Mix soup and wine together and pour over chicken. Spoon over the breasts so that they are covered. Sprinkle stuffing cubes over chicken, cheese and soup. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing.
Bake until done about 45 minutes.
